Double cosmos — Rose Bon Bon

I think this is what they're supposed to look like, but only a couple of the plants ended up with the "bon bon."

Most of them look like this.

Not that I'm complaining.

They are gorgeous.

  2. truly gorgeous! I did not plant these this year (I went for "Diablo" Cosmos instead), but I almost regret not doing so!

Cosmos grows pretty well (and flowers!) indoors, so maybe I'll start some up?

  3. They are pretty good looking! I had some of my seashell cosmos come out looking like your last photo instead of having the 'tube' petals. Maybe it's the cosmos 'defect' look when it comes to special varieties :)

  4. I really like your blog! I am a patio gardener as well and enjoy growing vegetables but didn't think I could grow a lot of what I wanted in such a small space. Inspirational, I'll have to try next year!
